   5.1 Eligibility: Returns must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all hygiene stickers and swing tags attached. Bikinis are non-returnable if the hygiene seal is removed.
   5.2 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and any non-refundable charges.
   5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

6. FREE GIFT PROMOTION TERMS (INCLUDING FREE NECKLACE OFFERS)
   6.1 Eligibility: Free gifts are available only when your order meets the qualifying minimum spend stated in the promotion.
   6.2 Returns Affecting Eligibility: If you return part or all of your order and the remaining value falls below the promotional threshold, the free gift must also be returned.
   6.3 Non-Returned Free Gift: If the free gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
