How much is shipping?
The shipping and handling fees charged by Capala Swim at the time of purchase cover the cost of shipping your order to your location. However, they do not include any customs, duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your local government.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email). Capala Swim does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Will I incur customs, duties & taxes?
When you place an order with Capala Swim, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and can vary widely from one country to another.
Please note: Capala Swim does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

- Customs Clearance: Customs procedures and fees can vary greatly depending on the destination country. Delays in customs clearance are not within our control and can impact delivery times. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information.
- Payment of Duties and Taxes: All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping costs. The shipping carrier will typically collect these fees at the time of delivery.
What is package refusal?
If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to Capala Swim, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return.
How do I estimate potential fees?

How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you will get shipping updates and tracking to your email via Shopify.

Returns
What is the return policy?
You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping date must be within the 14 days also, any returns shipped over this date will be refunded with credit.
- Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted.
- Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
- Unworn items must be returned in original CAPALA bag
- Your refund will take up to 7 days.
Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage incase your returns in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.
Returns will be at the purchasers expense.

What if there is something wrong with my package?
Our products at CAPALA SWIM are quality controlled, however if there is a rare occasion of one of our items being damaged, please email info@capalaswim.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE - None of our prints will come out the same, each item is unique to it's buyer.
Exchanges
Can I exchange?
UK Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within the UK. If you need a different size, simply follow the exchange instructions on our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out the new size as quickly as possible - subject to availability.
Once your exchange is approved you will receive an automated email with instructions.
Please note: Items must be unworn, with hygiene stickers and tags still attached.
