Orders Under €150 are delivered with taxes and duties paid:

For all orders with a total value below €150 (excluding taxes and shipping), we
ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. These orders are delivered with all
taxes and duties fully paid. When you place your order, you will pay the total
amount at checkout, which includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees.
You won't be subjected to any additional charges or fees upon delivery.

Orders Over €150:

If your order exceeds a total value of €150 (excluding
taxes and delivery), you won't be required to pay taxes during the checkout
process. Instead, taxes and duties will be settled upon delivery.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Capala Swim is not responsible for covering these costs, nor can we predict what they may be, as they vary by country.

EU Customers

We are registered with the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS). This means that VAT is collected at checkout for orders under €150, so no additional VAT should be charged upon delivery. For orders above €150, local duties and taxes may still apply.

US Customers

To make your experience as smooth as possible, duties and taxes for US orders are calculated and included at checkout. This means your order will clear customs seamlessly, with no unexpected fees on delivery. Everything is taken care of in advance so your package arrives hassle-free. If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to Capala Swim, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and you will get shipping updates and tracking to your email via Shopify.

You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned unworn within 14 days. Items will be inspected and if they meet the criteria they will be accepted. 
• Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
• Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
• Unworn items must be returned in original CAPALA bag - this protects them for damage in transit. If our items are received back damaged, we are not liable.
• Your refund will take up to 7 -10 days.
• We will not refund any items that return back to us with marks or in the condition that they weren't delivered to you in.
• We have the right to refuse any returns that come back to us not following our guidelines.
• We recommend trying on your swimwear with underwear on.
• Please ensure you are not wearing makeup or deodorant whilst trying our pieces on that can mark our clothing. This will result in your return being rejected.

Our products at CAPALA SWIM are quality controlled, however if there is a rare occasion of one of our items being damaged, please email info@capalaswim.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
